The Urban Renewal Bureau of Panyu District, Guangzhou is a new department set up in the institutional reform of Panyu District, Guangzhou, and a working department of Panyu District People's Government. This level has 4 internal institutions, namely office, overall planning section, project review section, land preparation and construction supervision section four departments, set up a subordinate public institution, for the Panyu District of Guangzhou urban renewal and development center. Main responsibilities: Responsible for the overall management and supervision of the use of urban renewal funds, overall planning of urban renewal projects in the district, organizing the preparation of urban renewal plans and overall work plans, formulating long-term, medium and short-term (annual) implementation plans for urban renewal, and implementing them after approval.
